Almond Flour Pizza

Almond Flour Pizza:

At work yesterday, while I was having my chuck roast with veggies a group of coworkers came in with boxes of pizza...
While I was chewing my veggies, I could smell the cheese, tomato sauce and pepperoni, it smelled so good! . They were nice enough to offer me a slice but I said "No, thanks" due to my weight loss goals.
So this weekend I decided to reward myself for saying no and made my favorite Paleo pizza which uses almond flour instead of regular flour to make a pizza that satisfies my cravings and is guilt-free!

Pizza Crust Ingredients:

3 Cups of Almond Flour
Pinch of salt
1 Tbs. of olive oil
2 Whole Eggs

Toppings (suggested):

Tomato sauce or pesto sauce.
Shredded cheese
Peppers
Onions
Basil
Tomatoes
Avocado Slices
Ground beef.

Instructions:

1: Mix the almond flour with some salt, use a fork to mix it.
Add the olive oil mix in the eggs until you form a dough.

2: Flatten the dough as thin as possible with a non-stick rolling pin (or oil a regular rolling pin) into a 12 inch pizza pan. Make sure the pizza pan is either non-stick or lightly oil it and spread around the oil with your fingers.

3: Place the pizza crust in the oven at 400 F. for 10 minutes, it should have golden edges when ready.

4: Chop your favorite toppings including some proteins such as ground beef, chicken or bacon.
Add tomato sauce or pesto sauce to the crust first.
Add shredded cheeses and your favorite toppings.

5: Bake at 350 F. for 10 minutes, cool down and enjoy!
